Suspended solids removal is a must for
good production, parts quality, and economical waste disposal; this can be achieved in
many ways. The solids can be settled out in a tank or clarifier, or filtered out
using some type of replaceable media or with membrane filtration. Settling out the
solids is a slow process and the replaceable media can create an immense labor cost or a
waste stream that is greater than the solids alone.
Centrifugation is the efficient and
cost effective way to separate solids from liquids. The Retrofit Variable Gravity Force
Separator leads the field in state-of-the-art centrifuge technology.
Your processing equipment or waste stream can be worked with a separator on a side
stream dialysis type process or by batch processing.
Solids can be extracted from process fluids on one or many swarf or solids producing
machines by either method.
