yield point
the yield point is the load per unit area at which a marked increase in deformation of the specimen occurs without increase of load during a tensile test.

yield strength
stress corresponding to some fixed permanent deformation such as .1 or.2% offset from the modulus or elastic slope.

young's modulus
same as modulus of elasticity.
