The Fuel PurifierThe Fuel Purifier

This edition of the OilyNews is going to be a bit different!

As you may know—we’re in the oil skimmer and oil water separator business. We deal largely with getting oil and/or dirt out of water. We love oil! Keep in mind that an oil skimmer is designed to remove free floating oils from the surface of water, while an oil water separator is a flow-thru device for removing free oils from a moving water stream. We usually write about these devices which are used in a very small niche in the industrial world.

This edition of OilyNews is covering "TheFuelPurifier" our simple in-line centrifugal or cyclonic separator for removing WATER and dirt from fuel and oils—making it a water/oil separator. This is NOT a complex mechanical device or a filter that requires replacement elements. This is a VERY simple in-line separator and the only thing moving is the fuel passing thru it. No filters to change EVER!

The Fuel PurifierThat’s the key! — The fuel moving thru TheFuelPurifier enters tangentially and is directed cyclonically causing a vortex and the heavy water and solids (dirt) to be spun out of the flow and into a quiet area—the bottom reservoir where they can be purged/blown down without shutting down the fuel flow thru the unit.

This is a Solid/Simple System — We like simple!

The Filterless Filter!
No replacement filter elements—ever!

This is not meant to replace the filters protecting diesel fuel injectors. TheFuelPurifier is designed to protect and take the loading off of the expensive primary and even secondary filters needed to protect the engine and injector systems. This simple device goes inline between the fuel pumps and the primary filters.

With no moving parts whatsoever—it’s BUBBA Proof!

There is no risk to using this, simply because you never take away or eliminate the primary filters. — TheFuelPurifier simply protects them.

TheFuelPurifier keeps you from having to change the filters as often as usual!

We know of workboat operators who were stocking 50-80 Raycor filters on the shelf—on the boat—simply because if they ran into a batch of dirty fuel, it could take that many filters to get thru the bad/dirty fuel. Then they have to get rid of the filters—Yikes!

As an alternative simply install TheFuelPurifier inline and let it remove most of the dirt and water before the filters—it’s just a solid simple system tha’s easy to install and easier to operate.

No smoke, mirrors or BS—just clean fuel!

TheFuelPurifier will also clean up hydraulic or even lube oil systems.

Sizes for all engines and fuel systems!
Proactive or reactive—you gotta’ get/have clean fuel!

TheFuelPurifier is designed to work within a specific flow range and is available as a stand alone device ready for easy in-line installation (10 sizes—from ½ to 400 gpm!) OR in a complete pre-engineered integrated system.

Portable Tank Cleaning SystemThe Fuel Purifier

The portable tank cleaning system (PTCS) comes complete with TheFuelPurifier, pump, hoses and portable wheeled cart—with flow rates from 2-60 gpm. You can wheel this right up to a dirty fuel tank—plug it in and get right to removing water and dirt from the tank—NOW!

No replaceable elements or filters—EVER!

Automatic Fuel Recirculating System

The Automatic Fuel Recirculating System (ARFS) are Green Clean Certified, pre-engineered, integrated systems consisting of a packaged pump, motor, programmable control and pre-plumbed and pre-wired accessories is available pre-assembled for skid mount or in a control cabinet package designed to handle one or even several tanks.

We can build the system to meet your exact needs!

With the TheFuelPurifier used on a dialysis type basis—turning over the fuel in tanks—constantly removing a small amount of dirt and water. The AFRS will "keep up with" dirty fuel—automatically.

With no moving parts to break down or wear out, TheFuelPurifier will last virtually forever.

Used extensively to protect railroad engines, large backup generators in hospitals, FAA control towers/airports, police & 911 call centers, data/telecommunication centers, etc. and other critical facilities that cannot afford to be down—for dirty fuel.

Verizon, ATT, SBC, ComCast, Sprint—use these because they simply cannot afford the downtime from just dirty fuel. If it has to keep running—it needs clean fuel.

Ever had a dirty fuel problem?

We all know people who have had dirty fuel problems—or will have?
Send them this OilyNews—or have them call us at (314) 579-9755.

Although this technology has been around for years and is well proven—we have not before now exposed it to the marine or fuel handling industries. It’s time!
We’re launching a marketing campaign to get out the word. JUST Clean Fuel!

ThFuelPurifier does nothing more than—just clean the fuel.
