At SkimOIL, LLC we’ve finally opened up our hose fabrication and supply shop to the world. The specialty hose business has grown and kind of taken on a life of its own, way beyond its original intended purpose of furnishing industrial hoses for our own WWT, oil skimmer, and oil water separator projects.

Now SkimOIL's hose fabrication shop specializes in making industrial hose assemblies consisting of rubber, plastic, metal, teflon, and composite materials to meet your specific needs. With every connector, coupler, fitting and swivel known to man we offer custom fabrications of all hoses, including stainless steel braided hoses with welded connectors.

Our hose shop is uniquely positioned to satisfy a range of services from one-time prototyping and front end product application engineering, all the way to fabricating and shipping your specialty hoses anywhere in the world. We have the inventory, shop space and the very talented and highly qualified people with years of industry experience to tackle any hose requirement you might have. We can handle any job you can think of involving hoses, with standard rubber, plastic, and metal hoses, to hoses to handle the transport of anything from oil to water to solid materials and composite hose for critical requirements of chemical transport and fluid handling. Our metal hose assemblies are fabricated and tested by welders certified to Welding Code ASME Section IX, and even certified per USCG specifications if so required. We also stock non-stick Hoses with sanitary fittings, from exotic alloys to carbon steel, stainless steel, and brass.
