WASTE WATER
TREATMENT or DISPOAL PROBLEMS?
Waste Water Evaporation
Electric --- Natural Gas/Propane --- Waste Oil or Diesel Fired
A "variable wild card" in wastewater treatment might work for your operations, depending on the type of waste stream and the volumes involved. Evaporation might allow you to GREATLY reduce or even eliminate the water portion of your wastewater stream. Evaporation can ELIMINATE the potential for some of the downstream and "cradle to grave liability " and provides an easily adapted, quick and clean method for disposal or reduction of many aqueous waste streams, with NOTHING DOWN THE DRAIN EATSwater Quit hauling off water.
The OILeater
Waste oil fired evaporators — the ultimate recycling system.
Waste Oil Fired Systems:
The OILeater evaporator goes one step further than all other types of evaporators---- it uses the oils separated from the water to fuel the evaporator. Waste water generated from machine coolants, mop water, wash solutions, process waters and/or rinse solutions can be evaporated away leaving oils and solvents, which are then used to fuel the burner that heats the water in the evaporator. These are perfect systems for environmentally conscious companies.
ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE!
These waste oil units are available in both 30 and 60 GPH sizes.

RetroVAP Evaporators Natural Gas/Propane or Electric

You might save a bundle on reduced storage and handling fees, commercial waste hauling, training, insurance compliance and potential fines associated with wastewater spills, equipment malfunctions or human error. Eliminate it!
GAS FIRED & ELECTRIC:
All units are available in powder-coated mild or (optional) stainless steel.
Each unit includes:
- heat source (electric, natural gas/propane)
- adjustable thermostat
- redundant safety control systems
- vent stack
- exhaust fan, which also acts as a down stream draft inducer in gas units
Wastewater is pumped, batch fed or poured into a RetroVAP evaporator. Non-emulsified oils are skimmed and channeled to an external receptacle. RetroVAP units have under floor heating that handles a high suspended solids level. The solids concentrate and remain in the evaporator for later removal. Under floor heating simplifies the solids removal because the bottom is flat and sloped, and there are no immersion heaters or heat tubes to clean around. A three inch drain port on each unit allows convenient solids removal.
- Steam Exhaust Stack
- Exhaust Fan (down stream draft inducer on gas units)
- Gas Exhaust Stack (on gas units)
- Control Panel
- Pump (optional)
- Insulation
- Insulated Heat Transfer Chamber (gas units)
- Electric Element Position (on electric units)
- Gas Burner (on gas units)
- Three inch drain port
- Insulated Wastewater Tank
- Insulated Sloped 3/8 inch Plate Floor of Wastewater Chamber
- Tank Lid
- Oil Skimmer
- Oil Skimmer Motor
- Auto Fill Control Box (optional)

* Evaporation Rates are calculated using water only. Your evaporation rate may be different depending on your waste stream and environmental conditions. Evaporation rates will be less with electric over natural gas.
