Waste Oil Fired Systems: The OILeater evaporator goes one step further than all other types of evaporators---- it uses the oils separated from the water to fuel the evaporator. Waste water generated from machine coolants, mop water, wash solutions, process waters and/or rinse solutions can be evaporated away leaving oils and solvents, which are then used to fuel the burner that heats the water in the evaporator. These are perfect systems for environmentally conscious companies.

GAS FIRED & ELECTRIC:

Each unit includes:

• heat source (electric, natural gas/propane)

• exhaust fan, which also acts as a down stream draft inducer in gas units

Wastewater is pumped, batch fed or poured into a RetroVAP evaporator. Non-emulsified oils are skimmed and channeled to an external receptacle. RetroVAP units have under floor heating that handles a high suspended solids level. The solids concentrate and remain in the evaporator for later removal. Under floor heating simplifies the solids removal because the bottom is flat and sloped, and there are no immersion heaters or heat tubes to clean around. A three inch drain port on each unit allows convenient solids removal.
