STEP 1. The Fuel Purifier is a drop dead simple device creating big results using centrifugal force and coalescence as a means to remove dirt and water. As the fuel enters the purifier tangentially , it flows downward in a circular vortex movement through an internal baffle system entering the lower chamber of the purifier. In this first stage, the velocity of the fuel slows down considerably, allowing any free water droplets and other junk to maintain their mass and not emulsify with the fuel. These impurities accumulate and remain at the bottom of the purifier until purged.
STEP 2. In the second stage, the fuel migrates through three perforated baffle plates to stop any particulates and attract, by way of coalescence, any water droplets still remaining.
STEP 3. In the final stage, the fuel passes through the patented coalescing mediia to assure that any small water droplets or particulates will be coalesced out of the fuel stream. Only the clean fuel rises to the top, providing a cleaner burning fuel for quicker ignition and better combustion.

Water Sensor Kit: Alerts the user when the TFP needs to be purged. The universal water sensor kit is designed to operate with The Fuel Purifier (TFP). It alerts the user when the unit needs to be purged When the water level in the purifier reaches the sensor level, an audible buzzer sounds, then a red indicator light turns on. The buzzer lasts only 10 seconds, but the light will remain lit until the unit is purged. |

Portable Tank Cleaning Unit
This Portable Tank Cleaning Unit is a portable dirt and water removal system for use in both above and below ground storage tanks. It is designed specifically to remove water and other contaminates common to stored diesel fuel. This cart mounted system has it's own self priming fuel pump with a UL approved motor and hoses.
